When you submit our intake form we collect your name, agency name, business email, website, service interest, and any notes you provide. We also record standard technical logs (timestamps, request metadata) needed to operate the site.
Solely to respond to your request, deliver purchased services, and maintain business records. We do not sell your data. We do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.
Lead and client records are stored in our business systems and retained while relevant to an active relationship or as required for accounting. You may request deletion at jack@answerproofaudits.com.
Render (website hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Zoho Mail (business email), Porkbun (domain/DNS), and AI model providers used to run audits (Anthropic and/or OpenAI).
